Terms & Conditions — aiay9 Platform Agreement

1.1 Scope of Agreement. These Terms & Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") govern your access to and use of the aiay9 website (aiay9.net), its subdomains, associated mobile applications, and all services offered through these channels (collectively, the "Platform"). The Terms apply to all registered users ("Members", "Players") and to any person browsing the Platform regardless of registration status.

1.2 Acceptance of Terms. By accessing the Platform, registering an account, depositing funds, or placing a bet or wager of any kind, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms in their entirety, along with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, which are incorporated herein by reference. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must immediately cease using the Platform.

1.3 Amendments. aiay9 reserves the right to amend, modify, update, or replace any part of these Terms at any time and without prior notice. Any changes will be posted on this page with a revised effective date. Your continued use of the Platform following the posting of updated Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically.

1.4 Language. These Terms are written and published in English. In the event of any conflict or ambiguity arising from translation into any other language, the English version shall prevail in all respects.

1.5 Entire Agreement. These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy, Responsible Gaming Policy, Bonus Terms, and any other rules or guidelines published on the Platform, constitute the entire agreement between you and aiay9 with respect to your use of the Platform and supersede all prior agreements, representations, or understandings.

2.1 Age Requirement. The aiay9 Platform is available exclusively to individuals who are 18 years of age or older. It is a criminal offence in many jurisdictions for a person under 18 to gamble, and aiay9 takes its obligation to prevent underage gambling with the utmost seriousness. By registering, you warrant and represent that you are at least 18 years old. aiay9 reserves the right to request documentary proof of age at any point and to suspend an account pending verification.

2.2 One Account Per Person. Each individual may hold only one registered Account on the Platform. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual — whether using different names, email addresses, phone numbers, or payment methods — is strictly prohibited. Where duplicate accounts are identified, aiay9 reserves the right to close all associated accounts and void all pending bets, bonuses, and withdrawals.

2.3 Accurate Registration Information. You must provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process, including your real full name, date of birth, valid email address, and active Bangladeshi mobile number. You are obligated to keep this information updated. Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information constitutes a material breach of these Terms.

2.4 Identity Verification (KYC). aiay9 operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) process in accordance with best practice for online gaming platforms. You may be required to submit one or more of the following documents to verify your identity before withdrawals are approved:

• National Identity Card (NID) — front and back
• Valid Bangladeshi passport (photo page)
• Birth certificate (for supplementary age verification)
• Proof of registered bKash, Nagad, or Rocket mobile wallet number
• Screenshot or statement confirming bank account ownership (for bank transfer users)

Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable timeframe upon request will result in withdrawal suspension and may lead to account closure.

2.5 Geographic Eligibility. The Platform is designed and operated to serve players located in Bangladesh. Players accessing the Platform from jurisdictions where online gambling is prohibited are solely responsible for ensuring compliance with their local laws. aiay9 makes no representation that access to the Platform is lawful in any jurisdiction outside Bangladesh.

2.6 Account Security. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. You must not share your username, password, or OTP codes with any third party. You agree to notify aiay9 support immediately if you suspect any unauthorised access to your Account. aiay9 shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to keep your Account credentials secure.

3.1 Accepted Payment Methods. aiay9 currently accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following channels in Bangladesh:

3.2 Deposit Currency. All transactions on the Platform are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). aiay9 does not accept foreign currency deposits. Any funds deposited via a non-BDT source will be declined or reversed at the sender's cost.

3.3 Deposit Ownership. You warrant that all funds deposited into your aiay9 Account are your own personal funds, obtained from lawful sources, and are not the proceeds of any criminal activity. aiay9 reserves the right to request proof of funds in cases where unusual deposit patterns are identified.

3.4 Withdrawal Conditions. Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment method registered in your own name that matches the verified identity on your aiay9 Account. Third-party withdrawals are strictly prohibited. Withdrawal requests submitted to a method not previously used for deposit may be subject to additional verification.

3.5 Minimum and Maximum Withdrawals. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Maximum withdrawal limits per transaction and per day apply and may vary depending on your account verification level and preferred payment method. Specific limits are displayed within your account dashboard at the time of withdrawal.

3.6 Withdrawal Verification. aiay9 reserves the right to delay processing any withdrawal request pending identity verification, source of funds review, or investigation into suspected fraudulent activity. Verified accounts in good standing are processed as per the timelines in section 3.1 above.

3.7 Transaction Fees. aiay9 does not currently charge transaction fees for deposits or withdrawals via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, or Upay for standard transaction amounts. Bank transfer withdrawals may incur nominal fees imposed by the receiving bank, which are outside aiay9's control. All applicable fees are displayed prior to confirmation.

4.1 Bonus Eligibility. Bonuses and promotions offered by aiay9 are available to eligible registered Members only. Each promotion has its own specific eligibility criteria, which will be stated in the applicable promotion terms. aiay9 reserves the right to exclude any player from a promotion at its sole discretion if there is evidence of bonus abuse, duplicate accounts, or violation of these Terms.

4.2 Wagering Requirements. All bonus funds credited to your Account are subject to wagering requirements before they may be converted to real-money withdrawable funds. Wagering requirements specify the number of times the bonus amount (or the bonus plus deposit amount, as stated in the specific promotion terms) must be wagered before a withdrawal can be requested. The applicable wagering requirement will be clearly stated in each bonus offer.

4.3 Game Contributions. Different game categories may contribute differently toward satisfying wagering requirements. As a general guideline:

• Slot games typically contribute 100% of each bet toward wagering requirements.
• Live casino games (baccarat, roulette, blackjack) typically contribute a reduced percentage, as stated in individual promotion terms.
• Sports betting wagers contribute at a rate specified per promotion, provided the relevant minimum odds threshold is met.
• Crash games (including Aviator) may have individual contribution rates as stated in the relevant promotion.

4.4 Bonus Expiry. All bonus funds carry an expiry period from the date of credit. If wagering requirements are not met within this period, any remaining bonus balance and any winnings derived from bonus funds will be forfeited automatically. Expiry periods are stated in each promotion's terms.

4.5 Bonus Abuse. aiay9 employs active monitoring to detect and prevent bonus abuse. Activities considered bonus abuse include but are not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim the same bonus, placing offsetting bets to fulfil wagering requirements with minimal risk, using third-party betting strategies specifically designed to exploit bonus mechanics, and withdrawing before wagering requirements are met. Where bonus abuse is confirmed, aiay9 reserves the right to void all associated winnings, cancel pending withdrawals, and permanently close the relevant account(s).

4.6 Seasonal and Event Promotions. aiay9 may offer limited-time promotions tied to events such as BPL season, IPL, T20 World Cup fixtures, Eid, Pohela Boishakh, Victory Day (December 16), or Independence Day (March 26). These promotions are subject to their own specific terms, which will be published at the time of the relevant campaign.

5.1 Bet Acceptance. All bets placed on the aiay9 Platform are subject to acceptance by aiay9 at its absolute discretion. A bet is not confirmed until the Platform has acknowledged acceptance and a bet reference number has been issued. aiay9 reserves the right to refuse or limit any bet without providing a reason.

5.2 Minimum and Maximum Stakes. Minimum and maximum stake limits apply to all betting markets and casino games. These limits are displayed within the relevant game or market interface prior to bet placement. Limits may vary by market, game type, player account history, and promotional status.

5.3 Errors and Malfunctions. In the event of a technical error, system malfunction, pricing error, or obvious mistake in the published odds or game results, aiay9 reserves the right to void affected bets and return stakes to players' accounts. aiay9 shall not be liable to pay out winnings derived from a clearly erroneous price or a technical malfunction. All bets placed and games played during a confirmed system fault may be voided.

5.4 Cricket Betting Rules. For cricket betting markets, the following specific rules apply:

• Match winner markets are settled on the official result declared by the relevant cricket board (BCB, ICC, or other governing body). In the event of a tie, the applicable tie rules for the format apply.
• In-play betting markets are closed when an official review (DRS) is called, during drinks breaks at the umpire's discretion, and in any other circumstances where aiay9 determines that continued acceptance creates a disadvantage.
• Rain-affected matches: if a match is abandoned or a result is determined by Duckworth-Lewis-Stern (DLS) method, markets will be settled on the official DLS result where applicable.
• For BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, and bilateral series involving Bangladesh Tigers — specific market rules and abandonment policies are published within each match's betting interface.

5.5 Casino Game Integrity. All slot games, live casino tables, and crash games available on the aiay9 Platform use certified random number generators or provably fair cryptographic seeding. Return-to-player percentages for slot games are published within each game's information panel. aiay9 does not alter, manipulate, or interfere with game outcomes beyond the normal operation of certified RNG systems.

5.6 Aviator and Crash Game Rules. The Aviator game by Spribe and other crash-format games on the Platform use provably fair technology. Outcomes are determined by a combination of a server seed and a client seed generated before each round begins. Players may independently verify the fairness of any completed round using the verification tools provided within the game interface.

6.1 General Obligations. As a Member of aiay9, you agree at all times to:

• Use the Platform only for lawful personal entertainment purposes.
• Provide accurate and truthful information to aiay9 in all communications and registration processes.
• Keep your Account credentials strictly confidential and not share them with any third party.
• Notify aiay9 support immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorised use of your Account.
• Comply with all applicable laws and regulations in your jurisdiction regarding online gambling.

6.2 Prohibited Activities. The following activities are strictly prohibited on the aiay9 Platform and will result in immediate account suspension and potential permanent closure:

• Creating more than one Account for any single individual.
• Registering or using the Platform if you are under 18 years of age.
• Using automated bots, scripts, or software to interact with the Platform in any manner not sanctioned by aiay9.
• Attempting to hack, exploit, reverse-engineer, or circumvent any security or access control mechanism on the Platform.
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in poker, casino games, or any other multi-player context.
• Engaging in match-fixing, insider betting, or placing bets based on information not available to the general public.
• Using funds derived from criminal activity to deposit on the Platform (money laundering).
• Systematically exploiting bonus promotions through duplicate accounts or coordinated abuse.
• Engaging in chargebacks or reversals through your payment provider after funds have been used for wagering.
• Impersonating another person or entity, or misrepresenting your affiliation with any person or entity.

7.1 Closure by aiay9. aiay9 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Account at any time and without prior notice where:

• There is a reasonable suspicion of fraud, money laundering, or other criminal activity.
• The player has provided false information during registration or KYC verification.
• A player is identified as being under 18 years of age.
• Duplicate accounts have been detected.
• Bonus abuse or any form of systematic exploitation of the Platform has been confirmed.
• A player has engaged in prohibited conduct as described in Section 6.2.
• Required by applicable law, court order, or regulatory instruction.

7.2 Closure by the Player. You may close your Account at any time by contacting aiay9 support via live chat or by emailing [email protected]. Upon closure, any remaining real-money balance (net of applicable bonus funds that have not met wagering requirements) will be processed for withdrawal to your registered payment method, subject to standard KYC verification and withdrawal processing timelines.

7.3 Self-Exclusion. Players who wish to exclude themselves from the Platform for responsible gaming reasons may request self-exclusion through the account dashboard or by contacting support. Self-exclusion periods range from 24 hours to permanent exclusion. Once a self-exclusion request has been processed, it cannot be reversed until the chosen period has elapsed. 7.4 Funds on Closure. Where an account is closed by aiay9 due to confirmed fraud, money laundering, or material breach of these Terms, aiay9 reserves the right to forfeit all or part of the Account balance. Where closure is due to voluntary self-exclusion or player-initiated closure, real-money balances are returned in full subject to verification.

8.1 Platform Availability. aiay9 aims to maintain Platform availability 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. However, we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. The Platform may be temporarily unavailable due to scheduled maintenance, emergency technical work, force majeure events, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control. aiay9 shall not be liable for any losses arising from temporary Platform unavailability.

8.2 Limitation of Liability. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, aiay9, its directors, employees, agents, and technology partners shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or any other intangible losses — even if aiay9 has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

8.3 Cap on Liability. In no event shall aiay9's total liability to you for any claim arising from your use of the Platform exceed the total amount of real-money funds deposited by you into your Account in the 30-day period preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

8.4 Third-Party Services. The aiay9 Platform incorporates games and services from third-party providers including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Ezugi. aiay9 is not responsible for the performance, accuracy, or availability of third-party game content beyond our reasonable control. Any malfunction or error in a third-party game will be handled in accordance with Section 5.3 of these Terms.

8.5 Indemnification. You agree to indemnify and hold aiay9, its affiliates, directors, officers, employees, and agents harmless from any claim, demand, loss, liability, or expense (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your breach of these Terms, your use of the Platform in violation of applicable law, or your violation of any third-party right.

8.6 Governing Law. These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable in Bangladesh. Any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of the Platform that cannot be resolved through our internal dispute resolution process shall be submitted to the competent courts of Bangladesh.
